Specify your support-beam spacing and type, I-beam, channel or angle, so the correct clip type gets included.
Standard electroforged panels run up to 1000×6000 mm, though most projects actually use smaller modular panels, say 1000×3000 mm, for easier handling and installation, then join them with couplers or banding on site. Large single panels cut down on joints but raise handling difficulty and freight footprint, so weigh that against your site's crane capacity.
The bearing-bar top surface is typically serrated with small saw-tooth notches during forming for slip resistance, standard on most industrial panels. A plain, non-serrated top surface is sometimes specified for architectural or decorative applications where slip resistance matters less. For wet, oily or outdoor platforms, always specify serrated.
Electroforged gratings fuse the cross-rod into the bearing bar with a resistance-weld pulse, the bars become a single rigid unit. Press-locked gratings hold the cross-rod in a notched bearing bar by friction (sometimes with adhesive). Electroforged is stronger, more durable, and the international default for industrial platforms.
