CNC angle lines shear, punch and notch each member to the tower drawing's exact hole pattern and connection detail, then match-mark every piece so it installs in the correct position on site without ambiguity. This precision matters: a tower with hundreds of members must bolt together exactly as designed, and manual, non-CNC, fabrication introduces tolerance errors that cause site assembly problems.

Mill Test Certificate for the structural steel, hot-dip galvanizing certificate confirming zinc thickness, a Certificate of Origin for duty relief, and, for large transmission projects, dimensional inspection reports confirming each member matches the approved drawing before shipment.

Tower orders are typically sized to a specific project, a defined number of tower sets for a transmission line or telecom rollout, so a formal minimum rarely applies. Tell us your tower design, quantity of sets and destination for a project-specific quotation.

Standard angle-tower designs typically run 6 to 10 weeks from drawing approval to shipment for a meaningful quantity of tower sets, depending on total tonnage, galvanizing-line capacity and current factory load. Drawing approval and steel procurement are usually the critical-path items, so approve tower drawings early in project planning.

IS 802 (use of structural steel in overhead transmission line towers) and the supplementary IS 5613 are the Indian standards. International projects also cite ASCE 10 (US) and IEC 60826. Our fabrication is to IS 802 with galvanizing to ASTM A123, accepted globally.
