Coastal and offshore sites need hot-dip galvanizing to ASTM A123 minimum 85 µm, or stainless 316L for splash-zone sections. We maintain in-house galvanizing and batch-test every consignment with a magnetic thickness gauge, the test report ships with the container. For desert projects in Saudi and UAE where wind-borne sand damages powder coating but chlorides are low, we recommend HDG without a top coat. For West African coastal petrochemical sites, a duplex finish (HDG + epoxy) extends corrosion life to 30+ years.

Hyperscale and colocation cable routes load 50–150 kg per metre when you combine power trunking, fibre and copper data runs. Specify IEC 61537 Class 12 or higher, with a 1.5–2.0 m support span and a minimum 1.5× safety factor on the published load rating. Fill ratio, the fraction of tray cross-section occupied by cables, should stay below 40 % for heat dissipation. Share the cable schedule and we will size the tray and confirm the load class before fabrication.
