What it is

Thrie-beam triple-corrugation profile delivers higher containment than W-beam for expressways, median divides and high-speed approach roads. Supplied with matching posts, blockouts and pre-formed W-to-thrie transitions so a project can mix containment levels along one corridor.

In-house HDG plant conforming to ASTM A123 / IS 2629. Average coating: 85–140 µm. Pre-treatment: alkaline degreasing → pickling → fluxing.

Welding & Fabrication

MIG, TIG, SAW welding. Coded welders under ASME IX / IS 2825 qualification. Weld inspection by UT / DPT available.

Surface Treatment

Hot-dip galvanizing · Pre-galvanized GI · Powder coating (Tribo gun, 60–80 µm DFT) · Mill finish · Chromate passivation.
