Commercial invoice, packing list, a Mill Test Certificate for the steel core, a copper-coating thickness (DFT) report to IEC 62561-2 or IEEE 837, and a Certificate of Origin for duty relief. Where earthing ties into a lightning-protection system, IEC 62305 compliance documentation is added if the buyer asks for it.

There's no set minimum on the international side. Earthing material is usually bundled with cable tray, busbar or gratings inside one container, since that spreads freight cost across the whole order. Tell us your destination port and Incoterm and we'll work out the most economical shipment size.

Standard rods, plates and strip typically ship in 3 to 5 weeks from order confirmation for a full container; smaller consolidated orders can move faster. Custom lengths, non-standard copper thickness or large chemical-earthing quantities push the schedule out, so flag those needs before you lock in a project date.

We supply three distinct configurations to these clusters. Bangalore and Hyderabad data centres (CtrlS, NxtGen, Yotta, GPX) specify copper plates with bentonite GEM backfill and a per-pit acceptance target of ≤1 Ω, because the rack signal-reference grid demands it and the IS 1646 fire-safety earth requirement layers on top. Hyderabad pharma plants (Divi's, Dr Reddy's, Aurobindo) use IS 3043 GI plates for non-process earthing but copper plates in API manufacturing areas where GMP audit requires documented corrosion resistance. Chennai port and refinery expansions (IOCL, Coromandel) prefer copper-bonded rod arrays over plates for deep-strata low-resistivity access, but still use 600×600 copper plates at transformer body and neutral points.
