The challenge
The utility-scale installation required heavy-duty structural members that allowed fast, bolt-together assembly without onsite modifications under varying topography.
What we did
Vajra fabricated custom cold-formed sections and purlins with tight tolerances on hole alignments. The entire structural batch was hot-dip galvanized for long-term corrosion prevention.
The result
Enabled rapid on-site assembly by installation crews, resulting in structural clearance and alignment that met all developer specifications.
