The challenge
The client required cable management systems that could withstand extreme high-temperature and high-humidity environments, with absolute dimensional alignment to prevent field welding.
What we did
Vajra fabricated perforated and ladder trays with precise pre-punched patterns and modular covers. Hot-dip galvanizing was performed in-house under strict quality control, verified by dry film thickness (DFT) testing.
The result
All sections integrated smoothly with pre-existing support frames without field adjustments, ensuring the project schedule stayed on track.
