The challenge
High soil resistivity at the project site required grounding materials with high copper-plating thickness and structural steel strips with uniform zinc coating to ensure long-term ground resistance.
What we did
Manufactured copper-bonded earth rods with 250-micron molecularly bonded copper plating. Grounding strips were hot-dip galvanized to IS 4759 standards with verified coating consistency.
The result
Passed all site-impedance inspections, providing a low-resistance path to earth and securing the substation's safety approval.
