Our process when a delay risk appears: we flag it at the 10-working-day mark before the agreed ship date, not on the day itself. At that point we advise the revised date and discuss options: partial shipment of completed items with the balance to follow, air freight for critical quantities, or rebooking on the next available vessel. Early warning is a stated commitment, not a best effort.
