Support spacing is driven by the tray's load rating at that span and the actual cable weight it carries, not a fixed default. A heavily loaded 600 mm ladder tray needs closer support spacing than a lightly loaded 100 mm channel tray. Share your cable schedule and tray type and we'll confirm a spacing recommendation.

Count every direction change, junction and width transition on your routing drawing. This is the single most under-counted item in cable tray procurement, and running short mid-installation means expensive small-batch air freight. If you don't have a finalized routing drawing yet, add a contingency allowance, commonly 10 to 15% over the counted quantity, rather than none at all.

This depends on the supplier's terms. Ask explicitly whether accessories carry the same corrosion or finish warranty period as the parent tray, particularly if sourced or galvanized separately. A manufacturer supplying both from one production line can usually offer matched warranty terms; mixed sourcing often can't.

Standard 2.5/3.0 m covers ship in 2 weeks. Non-standard cut-to-length or covers with site-specific hold-down patterns add 1–2 weeks for tooling. We hold project stock for ongoing EPC contracts so site rework is rare.
